Monday - Thursday 7:00 am - 7:00 pm Friday 7:00 am - 5:30 pm Saturday 8:00 am - 12:00 noon
South Rhea Animal Hospital was opened in 1995 as a partnership between Drs. Jeffrey Nix, George Scorey and Kevin Ade. South Rhea has gradually grown from a hospital that started with Dr. Nix and 3 employees to one that now employs 3 veterinarians and 18 support personnel. In 2004, Dr. Nix purchased South Rhea Animal Hospital and in January 2005, Dr. Sherle Thompson became a partner with Dr. Nix.
South Rhea Animal Hospital is a 100% companion animal facility. Our philosophy and emphasis is on practicing the highest quality medicine and service that we possibly can at a competitive price. We employ only the highest quality employees to help us achieve this goal and maintain our facility and equipment at a level that not only supports the comfort of our clients and patients but also the diagnosis and treatment of their physical needs.
